研究方向:

1. 森林病原菌与寄主互作机理,包括病原致病机理以及寄主抗性防御反应。

2. 森林病害生物防治,通过筛选森林中对病原菌有拮抗作用的微生物对病害进行生物防治。

3. 森林微生物多样性和功能,利用Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) 和Metagenomics技术研究微生物多样性和功能,阐明微生物在生态系统中的作用。
